Terms of Service

These Terms explain the rules for using the Alchemists Network website, community groups, masterclasses and workshops. By clicking Join, you agree to them. They are written in plain language on purpose.

1. Who we are

Alchemists Network is currently operated by A&M Business Communication UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kirchstr. 126, 47509 Rheurdt, Germany, represented by its Managing Director, Andrew A. Porteous ("we", "us"). Contact: rise@alchemistsnetwork.com.

We may transfer the operation of Alchemists Network to another company. If we do, we will tell members in advance, and these Terms will continue with the new operator.

2. Joining

Membership is free. You must be at least 18 years old and give true contact details.

When you join, you become part of the Alchemists Network WhatsApp Community. Other members of the groups you join can see your name and phone number (see section 4 of our Privacy Policy). Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.

3. Community rules

Be respectful and kind. No harassment, hate speech, discrimination or threats.

No spam. Do not send unsolicited sales messages to other members, in the groups or privately. Offers are made through official masterclasses and workshops.

Respect other members' privacy. Do not copy, collect or share other members' phone numbers or messages outside the community, and do not add members to other groups or lists without their permission.

Share only content you have the right to share.

We may remove messages, and suspend or remove members who break these rules.

4. Your content

Anything you create and share, such as introduction videos, presentations or recordings, stays yours. We ask for your permission separately before we show your videos inside the network or use them for promotion. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.

5. Masterclasses, workshops and recordings

Masterclasses are free to attend live unless stated otherwise. Workshops and recordings may be paid; the price, date and any conditions are shown before you book. Prices include any taxes that apply unless stated otherwise.

Live workshops: you can cancel and get a full refund up to 48 hours before the start. After that, refunds are not possible.

Recordings: you get access immediately after payment. Before you pay, we ask you to agree that access starts immediately and that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once you start watching. Once you have started watching a recording, it cannot be refunded.

If we cancel a paid event, you get a full refund or a place at a new date, as you prefer.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory withdrawal right you have where it applies.

Sessions may be recorded. We will say so at the start. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use the chat.

6. Partners, presenters and affiliates

Members who present, sell products or services, or refer others through the network do so under a separate Partner and/or Affiliate Agreement. Where that agreement and these Terms differ, the agreement applies to that relationship.

When you buy a product or service from a partner, the partner is responsible for delivering it. We help arrange the sale but are not the provider of the partner's service.

7. No professional advice

Content shared in the network, including by experts, is for education and inspiration. It is not financial, investment, medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice for your personal situation. Always make your own decisions and talk to a qualified professional where needed. Investments can lose value.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the network useful and safe, but we provide it "as is". We are not responsible for what individual members or partners say or do, or for decisions you make based on content in the network.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the damage that was foreseeable when you joined. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Leaving

You can leave at any time by leaving the WhatsApp groups. Email rise@alchemistsnetwork.com if you also want your data deleted. We may close or change parts of the network, with reasonable notice where possible.

10. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these Terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new date, and we will tell members about important changes in advance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
